A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please call 800-475-2040 during our business hours to initiate an authorization for your return. We will provide you with An RMA number prior to you returning any merchandise. Please write this number on the outside of the box of your return. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process a credit to your Specialty Tag account. If you would prefer a refund to the credit card you provided, please let us know that at the time we discuss your return.
Let us know at the time of you initiate your return authorization that you would prefer an exchange or a replacement. We will process the return accordingly. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process the exchange or replacement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non¬refundable.
